SLP Professional Agreement

By creating a Talkli account as a Speech-Language Pathologist, you confirm and attest that:

1. Licensure. You hold a current, valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in all states where you provide services, and your license is in good standing with no current suspensions or disciplinary actions.

2. ASHA Membership (if applicable). Any ASHA membership number you provide is accurate and current. You understand that Talkli may verify this information against the ASHA public directory.

3. Accuracy. All credentials, specialties, and professional information you provide are truthful and accurate. Providing false information is grounds for immediate removal from the platform and may be reported to your state licensing board.

4. Clinical Responsibility. Talkli is a practice support tool and does not replace clinical judgment. You are solely responsible for the clinical decisions you make for your clients.

5. Privacy. You agree to handle all client information in accordance with HIPAA and applicable state privacy laws.

6. Conduct. You agree to maintain professional standards in all communications through the platform.
